It has been so uplifting to see God answer prayers. I have been so heartened in seeing children’s attitudes in classrooms change as a direct result of prayer.
Treasurer for the Manawatu CEC Committee
After serving CEC for 12 years, Lynley Boyd is standing down as Treasurer. Lynley has been a marvelous Treasurer and her attention to detail, initiative and commitment to this job will be missed. Easter Blessings - Manawatu
How easy it is to get caught up in the busyness that precedes a long weekend or school holiday. My mind is on planning the Easter lessons for CRE, ensuring there are hot-cross buns aplenty for hungry teenagers and remembering to send Easter cards to family and friends living abroad....to mention but a few things! And then I remind myself about the week that started on Sunday with Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem and I realise I need to stop, sit quietly and reflect on the Easter story.
